8th question

Hi, my dear classmates!

I know it's very late. Sorry. I've been bloody lazy.
Today, we talked about some serious global issues. We all agreed every problem is very urgent and acute and I think we need to start something for that right now. If we just talk and do nothing, the problems cannot be solved forever. Isn't it scary??

So, I'd like to share (and compare...^^) our ideas to save ourselves. The issues were global warming, pollution, oil peak, and poverty. Do you do something good for them? Do you have any good suggestion we can follow easily?

In my case, I donate 10,000 won for Bolivian children every month. A missionary from my mother's church went there and he wanted some help for the children there. With only 10,000 won, the family can eat, and the kids can go to school. The kid I'm helping sends me his photos and letters sometimes. It makes me happy.

And I buy all food, and the necessities of life from organic center. I think it's not only for our family but also for the environment.

What about you? If you have any good idea, please inform me.

My 7th question

Hi, everybody.

Congrat! We almost finished the 1st session successfully. I'm very satisfied with this program. The three regular classes have been very helpful (Writing was a torture to me, but Reggie said, "Writing can be frustrating, even for professional. That is why finding and developing a process is so vital to create good writing" and I deeply agree with him.) and some culture classes were also enjoyable.
What is the best thing you got from the first session?

My 6th Question

Hi my lovely classmate!
I left my comment on Tranio's blog just before and I'd like to post it here again.

Everybody is struggling with English. I feel frustrated these days, too. But let's not do that. We have a lo~~~~~~~~~~~~ng way to go to master English. We cannot be a native speaker. If we fret too much, we'll be in despair soon. I have a sort of work in Australia and I visit there every year. Whenever I go there, I realize that personality is much more important than English. Good person can get good chances easily because everybody likes him/her. English is not yourself. That's only a part of you. Don't be too serious. I like you guys. I'm happy with you.

Anyway, I went to a movie on Friday. It was "A Find Day, 멋진 하루" but the English title of that is "My Dear Enemy". The two main characters, 전도연 and 하정우 are wonderful actors and the story line is very delicate, BUT!...... it's not so enjoyable to me. I don't want to recommend you. I should have written my essay.. ㅠㅠ. My question is this; Do you have any favorite actor or actress?

My 5th question-

Hi my classmates!
How are you spending your weekend? I didn't go to Andong. As you saw, I had a blister and it's getting worse. So, we chose easier spot to visit. Do you know 'Heiri artists village' in Paju? We've been there on Friday. I didn't start my essay outline yet. Oh, my. I don't want to start.

My 5th question is this. Have you have any embarrassing or disappointing moment recently?
As I said, when I first listened to Walter's feedback, I thought it was my voice. I never thought my pronunciation is fantastic as he mentioned, but the voice was really similar. So I opend my own sound file and compared with my roommate. She also said it was me, with 100% sure. I was on cloud nine! But anyway, it was hard to believe so I asked Walter on Thursday and got negative answer. How disappointing! Anyway, this happening gave me an idea for my question. Is it too hard? Don't be serious and just think about some funnny situations you've been.

My 4th question

Hi, my lovely classmates!
I just found out my upper lip was swollen.. I feel very tired these days, but I don't know why.
My 4th question is very simple. What is your special plan for this weekend? We have National Foundation Day, so it will be a long weekend. Do you have anything special for this weekend? I'm thinking a family trip to An-dong Hawhe Village. What about you?
